Job Opportunity: RN - Telemetry (Travel)

Location: Tucson, Arizona

Job Description

Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering safe care.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Must be willing to float to different units as needed.

Schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (3/12-hour shifts)
Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule (weekends can be Fri/Sat/Sun, flexible distribution over contract)
Travelers are required to work weekends.

Requirements

Arizona RN License
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Telemetry or PCU
Experience with Cerner EMR system required

Contract Length

13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
