Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel/Contract)

Location: Orland Park, Illinois

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (5 days a week, 8-hour shifts)
• Rotated weekends

Requirements

• Certification: ARRT required
• Experience: (Not explicitly stated; default to standard for CT Tech in Radiology/Cardiology)
• Background Checks:

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam within 1 year of start, fit for duty
• N95 Mask Fit Testing within 1 year (not required for Sterile Processing Techs, Clerical, Remote)
• TDAP vaccine within 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray per facility protocol
• Annual TB Questionnaire
• Immunizations or positive titers for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (including surface antigen and antibody titers for renal dialysis assignments)
  • Varicella
• Negative 9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Dec 1 - Apr 30)

Facility Specific Requirements

• Badge photo with plain white background required 2 weeks prior to start
• Signed fingernail policy prior to start
• Completion of compliance checklists and online training modules prior to orientation (not required for Sterile Processing Techs)
• Flu exemption forms must be submitted by specified deadlines if applicable

• Minimum 1 professional reference from management level and 1 employment verification covering 1 year of experience within the past 2 years
