Job Description

• Serve as a House Supervisor in a hospital setting as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide professional and clinical knowledge and skills in patient care provision and management.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system and bed board management.
• Experience with HICS (Hospital Incident Command System), staffing dashboards, and UKG schedule modification.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous supervisory RN experience.
• At least 1 completed prior travel contract (prior travel experience required).
• Valid RN license for Wisconsin.
• Driver’s license.
• Work history/resume.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
• License verification.
• Copy of required certifications.
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (exceptions apply for Madison with a rate adjustment).

Additional Information

• Orientation dates available throughout the year.
• Night shift position.
• Call back and on-call responsibilities with specified multipliers for overtime and holiday pay.
