Job Opportunity: RN - Telemetry (Travel)
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Job Description
- Provide patient care on the MS/Telemetry unit using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- This is a float pool position requiring willingness to float between multiple departments and facilities.
Schedule & Duration
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3 twelve-hour shifts)
- Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Telemetry or related specialty
