Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: York, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule

• 4x10 hour shifts, 11 AM - 9 PM
• Monday through Saturday
• Holidays as needed (may be expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays)

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiology / Cardiology specialty
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• EPIC experience required
• No prior travel experience explicitly required

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Valid license appropriate for CT Tech role (e.g., ARRT)
• BLS certification
• ACLS may be required depending on unit (refer to job description)

Background & Compliance Requirements

• 7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start, updated annually
• PA FBI fingerprinting required within 1 year of start; candidate may start with results pending but must have results on file within 45 days
• Pennsylvania Child Abuse Search required within 5 years; candidate may start with results pending but must have results on file within 45 days
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks required within 30 days of start
• Education verification of highest degree required
• Drug testing: Negative 9-panel within 1 year (Aya requirement only)
• References: 2 professional references within 3 years
• Skills checklist required annually

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam within 90 days of start, signed by MD, DO, PA, or NPT
• Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot) within 90 days of start (PPD not accepted)
• Immunizations or positive titers required for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B (positive titer or full vaccine series)
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
• Seasonal flu vaccination or valid medical/religious exemption required during flu season
• COVID-19 vaccine or valid exemption/declination accepted
• Respiratory safety clearance required within 1 year of start, renewed annually

• Completion of facility-specific documents including:

  • Medical Statement Non-Employee Ability to Work

  • Code of Conduct
  • Confidentiality Agreement
  • Non-Employee Affidavit

  • Documentation Attestation
• Completion of Learning Management System (LMS) modules prior to start (for RNs and CNAs; verify if applicable)
• New Hire Orientation required by end of first day

Other Notes

• Return to Office (RTO) maximum 7 days
• Candidate will be reviewed by clinical team for fit before manager interview

This position is ideal for CT Technologists with at least 2 years of experience, ARRT and BLS certifications, and EPIC system experience, seeking a travel contract in Pennsylvania with a 13-week commitment.
