Saturday to Monday, 07:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Rotating on-call

Required Qualifications

ARRT CT certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
1 year of experience in specialty (Radiology/Cardiology) — highest required experience confirmed
Experience with Meditech EMR system
Government issued photo ID (Driver’s License/State ID)
Background checks including 7-year search, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, education verification, and transcript/diploma verification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) as applicable
Other certifications as applicable: PALS, NRP
Primary source online verification of state license for CT Tech
Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Annual TB questionnaire
Immunization or titer proof for Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
2 professional references within 3 years

Additional Requirements

First-time travelers not accepted (prior travel experience required)
Clear, passport-style photo for badge
Completion of facility-specific forms related to security, confidentiality, behavioral expectations, HIPAA, and agency attestation

Summary

This is a travel contract position for a CT Tech with a 13-week duration in Kingman, AZ. Candidates must have at least 1 year of CT experience, ARRT CT certification, BLS, and prior travel experience. The schedule includes weekend shifts with rotating on-call duties. Compliance with extensive background checks, health screenings, and certifications is mandatory. Experience with Meditech EMR is required. First-time travelers will not be considered.
