Job Details

• Specialty: Registered Nurse (Cath Lab)
• Shift: 4x10 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with rotating day off
• Call Requirement: 1-2 weeknights and every 3rd weekend
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Procedures: 30-40 per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Floating: No floating outside scope of practice
• Locals: Not accepted; must live at least 50 miles from facility
• Pending License: Accepted if active by start date

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty (Cath Lab RN)
• Certifications:

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
• License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for Indiana

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Background check covering last 7 years and all states lived/worked in, required within 90 days of start
• Education verification or copy of diploma/transcripts
• Physical exam
• Negative TB test (2-step PPD or Qgold within 1 year; T-Spots not accepted)
• TB questionnaire (prior to start and annually)
• Immunizations or titers for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B (titer, series, or declination)
  • Varicella
• Negative 12-panel drug screen within 30 days of start (includes amphetamines, cannabinoids, MDMA, methamphetamines, buprenorphine, oxycodone, fentanyl, cocaine, methadone, tramadol, benzodiazepines, morphine/opiate)
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required prior to start and documentation on file by December 15
• COVID vaccine exemptions allowed with proper medical or religious documentation

Additional Notes

• First-time travelers accepted
• Block scheduling may be considered per contract
• Facility requires submission of a clear, passport-style photo for badge
• Completion of facility-specific modules (approx. 8-10 hours) prior to start, with paid time for completion
• On-site EKG exam and cardiac rhythm review required only for Monitor Techs (not Cath Lab RN)
