Job Description

• Position for 2 Critical Care Registered Nurses
• Primary work areas: Medical ICU (MICU) and Surgical ICU (SICU)
• May be assigned to general floors when census is low
• Night shift: 7 PM to 7 AM
• Hours: 84 hours per pay period (typically 3 or 4 twelve-hour shifts)
• Weekend/Call requirement: every other weekend
• Charting system: Meditech

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

Preferred (not required):

• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse certification)

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license valid in Mississippi
• Critical Care experience (MICU/SICU)
