Job Opportunity: Temporary Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Manager (Days)

Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Description

• Provide professional and clinical nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
• This is a Home Health / Home Care position.
• Work schedule: 36-40 hours per week, with overtime billable after 40 hours.
• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving).
• Limited time off allowed during holiday periods (11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26).
• Electronic Medical Record system used: EPIC.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• License: Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Iowa.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience.
• Prior Travel Experience: At least 1 completed travel contract is required.
• Must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from the facility.

  • Copies of required certifications
  • One supervisory reference
  • Proof of taxable address (e.g., driver's license, utility bill, lease agreement, mortgage statement, insurance statement, voter registration, bank statement, auto insurance, or tax return)

Work Environment & Benefits

• OT/Holiday pay multiplier: 1.15x
• Call back pay multiplier: 1.5x with 2-hour minimum
• On-call pay: $9/hr
• Charge/Precept pay: $6/hr
