Job Opportunity: RN - Colon & Rectal Surgery (Travel)

Location: Albany, New York
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work in a post-surgical setting caring for patients who have undergone colorectal and urologic surgery.
Collaborate closely with Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses for ostomy and wound care needs.
Care for post-operative patients with TPN, NG tubes, and central lines.
No block schedule or 48-hour shift requests.
Navy blue scrubs required.
Epic electronic medical record (EMR) experience is required.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience, including within the last year
Experience in Med Surg and Telemetry settings
Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system
