Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel/Contract)

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification

• Must be able to float as needed within the scope of practice

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
• Background checks including 7-year criminal check, EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, and Washington State Patrol Search (within 12 months)
• Physical exam within 12 months prior to start, attesting ability to meet physical demands
• Immunizations and health screenings:

  • Tdap vaccine
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) titers or vaccinations
  • Hepatitis B titer, vaccine series, or declination
  • Varicella titer or vaccinations
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption (required annually during flu season)
• Drug screening: 9-panel drug test within last 12 months
• Professional photograph for badge
• Completion of facility-specific policies and agreements including:

  • Personal Appearance Policy
  • Code of Conduct Acknowledgement
  • HIPAA Confidentiality Agreement
  • Employee Computer/IT Use Agreement
• Competency exams and medication/pharmacology competency as applicable
• References: Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Completed employment application/resume
• Skills checklist updated annually

Additional Notes

• Washington state requires suicide prevention training and demographic attestation for multi-state licensed nurses; not applicable for this CT Tech role.
• No call or overnight shifts required.
• Floating may be required within the scope of practice.

This position offers an opportunity for travel or contract CT Technologists with at least 1 year of experience, working a weekend schedule in a facility using EPIC EMR. First-time travelers are welcome.
