Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Completion of at least one travel assignment

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years, updated annually.
• Drug screen: 10 panel within 90 days of start (no instant tests).
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO.
• Immunizations and health documents:

  • TDAP (Tetanus/Diphtheria) within 10 years or declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
  • Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
  • COVID vaccine or declination
• Respirator clearance (RespSafety) required annually for travel candidates.
• References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within the last 3 years.
• Employment application covering at least last 5 years.
• Skills checklist and competency exams as applicable.

Work Requirements

• Must be able to work weekends and one week of standby on-call during the contract.
• May be required to float to other Providence facilities within a reasonable distance (float policy acknowledgment required).
• Badge photo required for identification.
• Completion of required WorkRamp training modules prior to start and annually thereafter, including specialty-specific and regional modules.
• Epic system training and transcript required prior to moving to permanent documentation workflow.

Additional Notes

• Facility uses Epic for charting.
• Parking is free.
• Scrub color is flexible (any color allowed).
• Radiation badge issued by facility if applicable.
• Color blindness testing may be required on a unit basis.
