Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Background Check: Must be completed within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years; updated annually
• Drug Testing: 10-panel drug screen within 90 days of start (no instant tests); negative results required
• Physical Exam: Within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
• Immunizations & Health Screenings:

  • TDAP (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis) within 10 years or declination accepted
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - 2 vaccines or positive titer or declination
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
  • Varicella - 2 vaccines or positive titer or declination
  • Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
  • COVID vaccine or declination
• Fit Mask Test: Required for travel staff, updated annually (exceptions apply)
• Respiratory Safety Clearance: Required annually for travel staff
• References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within last 3 years
• Employment Application: Must include at least last 5 years of employment with month/year format

Work Requirements

• May require some on-call hours and weekend shifts (most Saturdays)
• Expected to maintain a 1:2 patient ratio
• Floating between units is not required

Training & Competency

• Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable
• Specialty-specific competency exams and skills checklists as required
• Facility and regional mandatory training modules via WorkRamp platform (annual completion required)
• Epic system training modules may be required depending on region and facility

Additional Notes

• Must comply with Washington state-specific background and registry checks
• Must complete all required facility-specific and system-wide regulatory modules annually
• Physical and health documents must be current and uploaded prior to start
• Floating policy acknowledgment may be required for some Providence facilities
