Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Shift: Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Daily Caseload: Not specified
- Years of Experience Required: 1 year
- First-timers Accepted: Yes
- On-call Requirement: Yes, one 12-hour shift of call per month
- Floating: May be required between like units depending on operational needs
- Block Schedule: To be discussed
- Locals Accepted: Yes
- Holiday Work: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
- Guaranteed Hours:
- 8 and 10 hour shifts totaling 40 hours/week
- 3 shifts of 12 hours = 36 hours/week
- 4 shifts of 12 hours = 48 hours/week
- Special Requirements: Experience with Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ICU, Emergency Department
- Unit Information: Trauma 1, Stroke 1, Vascular 1 programs with a busy ER. Advanced exams include Coronary CTA, TAVR, Cardiac, and Low Dose exams.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Required
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Indiana
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT certification
- BLS certification
- Experience working with adult patients
- Experience in an acute care setting
- Experience in an outpatient setting
Additional Information
- Must be willing to work in a short-term acute care hospital setting with a busy emergency department and advanced imaging procedures.

Summary
This is a travel contract position for a CT Tech with at least 1 year of experience, requiring ARRT CT and Radiography certifications, BLS, and an Indiana state license (pending accepted). The role involves working night shifts with on-call duties, holiday coverage, and flexibility to float between units. COVID-19 vaccination and multiple health and background clearances are mandatory. The facility offers a supportive environment with advanced imaging technology and a busy trauma and stroke program.
