Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• X-Ray Technician experience

Experience Requirements

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum 1 year relevant experience preferred

Background and Compliance Requirements

• Background check within 45 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
• Education verification required
• Drug screening: 10 panel within 90 days of start (no instant tests)
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Immunizations and health documents required:

  • TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years (declination accepted)
  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
  • Varicella vaccination or positive titer
  • Flu vaccine during flu season or declination
  • COVID vaccine or declination
• Respiratory safety clearance for respirator use (annual)
• References: Minimum 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment in a comparable specialty/setting within last 3 years
• Employment application covering at least last 5 years

Facility Specific Requirements

• Must complete required WorkRamp training modules prior to start (including regulatory and specialty-specific modules)
• Badge photo required (passport style with neutral background)
• Float policy acknowledgement (may be required to float to other nearby facilities)
• Epic system training and transcript required prior to working
• Oregon and Washington state-specific background and registry checks as applicable

Additional Notes

• Weekend shifts only, no on-call or floating between units
• Critical Access hospital setting with small bed count
• Epic electronic health record system used for charting
• No parking fees
