CT Technologist

Location: Martinsburg, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a Certified CT Technologist to perform CT imaging for both adult and pediatric patients. The position involves working primarily Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, including holidays as they fall on the shift. No weekend or holiday work is required outside of scheduled shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT preferred)
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Valid West Virginia license for CT Technologist
• Must be able to start IVs
• Radiation badge required (provided by agency, not facility)
• Black scrubs required for all techs
• Driver’s license address must be outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

Work Environment & Additional Information

• Imaging performed in all areas for adults and pediatrics, except Interventional Radiology (adults only)
• Use of EPIC EMR and imaging equipment including Canon, Toshiba, and Fuji Synapse
• No call or on-call responsibilities
• Orientation typically up to 2 weeks, may be longer depending on modality
• Radiology department operates with in-house radiologists from 7 AM to 7 PM, on-call from 7 PM to 7 AM
• Travel teams must be submitted together; only two candidates submitted per opening
• Background checks must be disclosed at time of submission

• Previous permanent candidates must have been gone for 2 years to be eligible
• Previous travelers must have been gone for 2 years after completing a full year
• Individual unit requirements may apply
• No lead tech in any area; reports to Radiology Director/Manager
