CT Technologist

Location: Dover, New Hampshire
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week with a 2-week rotating schedule

• Week 1: Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Week 2: Monday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; Tuesday, Thursday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New Hampshire
• CT Technologist with 7 years of experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Documentation of immunity or vaccination for MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)
• TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
• Physician health statement within 1 year of start date
• Fit test for N95 respirator within 1 year of start date (no onsite testing; must be completed prior)
• Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
• Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity strongly preferred
• Tdap vaccination preferred (within 10 years)
• If positive TB test, documentation of negative chest x-ray required

Professional and Background Checks

• Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date, including county and international searches as applicable
• National sex offender registry check within 30 days of start and updated annually
• Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, Medicaid lists) within 30 days of start and annually
• New Hampshire state criminal background and BAAS checks within 30 days prior to start
• Social Security Number trace as part of background check
• Education verification of highest level achieved
• Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
• Two professional references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor-level reference
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
• Confirmation of assignment/POI form required for initial assignments and extensions

Additional Notes

• Must complete candidate submission coversheet for initial assignment submissions
• Name change documentation required if legal name differs from credential documentation
• No onsite fit testing available; must be completed prior to assignment start
• Local candidates will not be considered for this role
