Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Kingman, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 16 weeks

Job Description

This is a 4-10s schedule position with either Tuesday or Thursday off.
Time off requests will be coordinated directly with the manager.
Both local candidates and first-time travelers are welcome.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Certifications (as applicable)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
State license verification and allied professional certifications as required.

Additional Notes

Facility-specific forms and agreements must be completed as a priority.
A clear, passport-style photo with a solid background is required for badge issuance.

This position is suitable for physical therapists seeking a travel contract role with a flexible schedule and supportive management.
