Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Newton, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)

Job Summary

• Perform a variety of Computed Tomography (CT) procedures under the direction of qualified medical and technical staff.
• Use prescribed levels of ionizing radiation to produce quality diagnostic images of specified body parts.
• Work with patients ranging from newborn to geriatric.
• Able to insert and remove IVs.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations and policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience within the last year.
• ARRT registered.
• CPR certification required.

Additional Requirements

• Knowledge of the special needs and behaviors of adult and older adult patients preferred.
• Must complete various onboarding and credentialing requirements including:

  • Health screenings and immunizations (MMR, TB test, Hepatitis B preferred, Tdap preferred).
  • Criminal background checks and CORI checks.
  • Skills checklist and references.
  • License and certification verifications.
  • Fit testing for N95 respirators and related medical clearance.
  • Compliance with professional and facility-specific policies.

Contract Length

• Approximately 13 weeks.
