Job Opportunity: Home Health Registered Nurse

Location: Onley, Virginia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide home health hospice care.
Must have hospice experience specifically in the home health setting.
No on-call responsibilities.
Must be proficient in OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set).

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
Minimum of 1 year hospice experience, with hospice experience within the last year.
Experience in a home health setting.
Proficiency and experience with OASIS documentation.
Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
