Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location: Paris, Tennessee
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Shifts: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM on Saturday & Sunday
• Must be able to cover CT and X-ray independently if staffing is limited
• Experience with IV competency, CTA work, and specific EMR/PACS systems preferred
• Locals and first-time travelers accepted at the same rate
• Flu vaccine exemptions are not accepted

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist with at least 1 year of CT experience within the last year
• Experience as an X-Ray Technician
• ARRT certification (CT, Radiologic Technologist (R), or general ARRT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with CTA procedures

Required Certifications & Documents

• BLS (AHA or ARC accepted)
• ARRT CT certification
• Physical exam within 1 year attesting ability to meet physical demands
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year
• N95 Fit Test within 1 year (no PAPR allowed)
• Flu vaccine during flu season (no exemptions accepted)
• COVID vaccination or approved exemption prior to start
• Drug screening (10-panel) within 30 days of start
• Proof of 2 clinical references
• Complete employment application/resume
• Background check within 30 days of start, including nationwide and international if applicable

Additional Requirements

• Must complete EPIC test out unless exempted
• Must review and sign appearance standards prior to start
• Must comply with all health and safety documentation and competency exams as applicable

Experience & Skills

• Independent coverage of CT and X-ray modalities required
• Knowledge of IV competency and CTA procedures
• Familiarity with EMR and PACS systems preferred

• Flu vaccine declinations or medical/religious exemptions are not accepted
• Prior travel experience is not required for this position
