Registered Nurse (OR)
Location: Boise, Idaho
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room (OR) experience within the last year.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for Idaho, verified within 30 days of start.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Required for RNs working in Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Department (ED), Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Medical ICU (MICU), and Surgical ICU (SICU).
- Specialty-specific competency testing must be completed within the past year.
- Fit test.
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC).
- COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster through Sept 2025) or approved exemption.
- MMR vaccination proof or immunity titer.
- Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date.
- Influenza vaccine proof or approved exemption for current flu season.
- Tuberculosis screening: 2-step PPD or IGRA test; if positive, chest x-ray per regional requirements.
- Varicella vaccination proof or immunity titer.
- Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year.
