Clinic Care Coordinator - Nursing
Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Description
- Position within the Surgery Outpatient Clinic to collaborate with nursing staff and providers for patient care.
- Occasional floating to other departments where qualified, which may include taking a patient load or performing task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and phones.
- Work schedule: Weekdays, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. No weekends or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 3 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Information
- New employee orientation is scheduled every other Monday. Missing compliance deadlines will delay the start date to the next orientation.
