Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, 36 hours per week

Job Description

Seeking a Registered Nurse with Medical/Surgical specialty to provide patient care on rotating shifts. Shared housing is provided at no cost.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical RN experience, with experience within the last year
PALS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Information

Shared housing is provided at no cost for travelers staying on assignment.
FEMA ICS 100 training must be completed prior to onboarding.
Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity is strongly preferred but optional.
Tdap vaccination within 10 years is preferred.
Positive TB test requires documentation of a negative chest x-ray.
Background checks and credential verifications must be current and updated if there is a break in service.
No religious or medical exemptions allowed for N95 fit testing.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.

This position is ideal for experienced Medical/Surgical RNs licensed in Massachusetts seeking a 13-week travel assignment with housing provided.
