Description
Job Opportunity: Radiation Therapist
Job Details
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (with potential for extensions)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts starting as early as 6 AM and up to 5-6 PM
- Employment Type: Part-time, PRN, or full-time; temporary or temp-to-perm options available
- Work Locations: Multiple locations within the region; candidates must be able to report to any assigned site
Required Qualifications
- Valid Radiation Therapist license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience, including experience within the last year
- Radiation Therapy Certification
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
- BLS certification
- Must pass background checks, drug screening, and various health screenings (including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines)
- Verification of licenses, education, and employment history
- Competency exams and skills checklist
- Compliance with state-specific health and safety certifications and screenings
Notes
- Experience with Proton therapy and/or CT/SIMS is a plus but not required
- Candidates should be flexible with shift preferences within the stated hours
- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
