Job Opportunity: CT Technologist

Location: Nantucket, Massachusetts
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (approximately 13 weeks)
Schedule:

• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday to Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT certification
• BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Additional Requirements

• Professional Credentials:

  • Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state details
  • Two professional references within the last 4 years (minimum one supervisor-level)
  • Skills checklist completed within 1 year
  • Confirmation of assignment form upon acceptance and for extensions
  • Primary source verification of professional license/certification within 30 days of start date (MA Conditional Licenses not accepted)

• Background Checks:

  • Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start and updated if break >6 months
  • Massachusetts CORI check within 30 days prior to start and updated if break >6 months
  • Social Security Number trace for past 7 years
  • National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start and updated annually
  • Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start and annually

• Health and Immunization:

  • Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity proof
  • TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test) and updated if break >6 months
  • Physician health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start and updated if break >6 months
  • Fit test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start and updated annually (no exemptions allowed)
  • Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if fit test required
  • Color vision test within 365 days of start
  • Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity proof strongly preferred
  • Tdap vaccination within 10 years preferred
  • Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation (optional)
  • TB symptom survey if positive PPD (optional)

• Training:

  • FEMA ICS 100 training must be completed prior to onboarding (no exceptions)

Additional Information

• Shared housing is provided at no cost for the duration of the assignment.
• Certain forms and attestations must be updated if there is a break in assignment of 35 days or more.
