• Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday block (firm)
• Preferred Start Date: May 4 (strongly preferred)

Required Qualifications

• Ultrasound Technologist with 2 years of experience
• Recent ultrasound technologist experience within the last year
• Valid credentials: ARDMS, ARRT, or RVT

Certifications (as applicable)

• ACLS (AHA only; Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable)
• BLS (AHA only; Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable)
• PALS (AHA only; Instructor, Provider, or RQI acceptable)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure)
• CHEMO (Chemotherapy)
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring)
• ENPC
• NIH Stroke Certification

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Government Issued Photo ID (Driver’s License/State ID)
• I9 or Attestation
• E-Verify or Attestation
• Background Check within 1 year of start (includes SS Trace, County searches, Nationwide, Sex Offender)
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start
• National Tech Certification Verification within 30 days of start
• Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement (annual update)
• Facility-specific documents and acknowledgements as required prior to start
• Physical Exam within 1 year of start (must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing)
• Immunizations and Titers (must be current or have approved exemptions):

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (2-step PPD or equivalent within 1 year)
  • Rubeola (Measles) - 2 vaccines or positive titer (exempt if born before 1957)
  • Mumps - 2 vaccines or positive titer (exempt if born before 1957)
  • Rubella - 2 vaccines or positive titer (exempt if born before 1957)
  • Hepatitis B - positive titer, series, or declination
  • Varicella - 2 vaccines, positive titer, or history of chickenpox
  • Flu seasonal vaccination (required during flu season; medical/religious exemptions subject to review)
  • COVID vaccination documentation required
• Drug Testing: Negative 9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start (instant acceptable)
• References: 2 references within 3 years of start

• Skills Checklist (annual update)
