CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Location: Martinsburg, West Virginia
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Summary

Seeking a CT Technologist to perform computed tomography imaging for both adult and pediatric patients. The role involves working with advanced imaging equipment and requires the ability to start IVs.

Required Qualifications

• Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT preferred)
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Valid West Virginia license for CT Technologist
• Must be able to start IVs
• Radiation badge required (provided by agency, not facility)

Work Details

• Imaging performed on all areas for adults and pediatrics (except Interventional Radiology is adults only)
• Equipment used includes Canon, Toshiba, Fuji Synapse, and EPIC EMR system
• Shifts: Night shift 9 pm - 7 am, Wednesday through Saturday
• No weekend or holiday work required
• No call required
• Scrub color: Black scrubs required
• Orientation: Up to 2 weeks depending on modality; some modalities like US/MRI may require longer
• Radiologist coverage: In-house 7 am - 7 pm; on-call 7 pm - 7 am

Additional Notes

• Must disclose any background issues at time of submission
• Driver’s license address must be outside 50 miles from the facility
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency
• Travel teams must be submitted together if applicable
• Only two candidates can be submitted per opening at a time

This position is suitable for CT Technologists with ARRT certification and BLS who are comfortable working night shifts and performing CT imaging on both adult and pediatric patients.
