Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse)

Job Description

• Position floats between units as needed.
• Weekend work required every other weekend.
• No on-call or block schedules required.
• Patient ratio approximately 20:1.
• Must have at least 3 years of inpatient care management experience.
• Variable schedule to support vacation and PTO utilization.
• Vehicle required for assignment.
• Floating to other units and facilities within reasonable distance may be required.
• Facility type: Short Term Acute Care.
• Charting system: Epic.
• Parking: No fee.
• Scrub color: Any color generally; specific units may have different requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.
• Minimum of 3 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year.
• Experience in an inpatient setting.
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• NURSYS verification.

• Passport-style badge photo required.
• Various state-specific background and license verifications required.
• Modules and certifications must be kept current and uploaded as required.
