Location: East Norriton, Pennsylvania

Job Description

• Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology
• Required Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Floating: Required to float to a nearby outpatient imaging center (~20 minutes away)
• Scheduling: No block scheduling; every 3rd weekend required
• On-call: None
• Holiday/Weekend Requirement: None
• Preferred Experience: Philips CT experience preferred
• Charting System: Cerner/Centricity
• Scrub Color: Black
• First-time travelers accepted

Required Qualifications

• CT Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Background checks including 7-year criminal history, sex offender registry, education verification, and others as required by state regulations
• Drug screening: 10-panel drug test within 60 days prior to start
• Health documents:

  • Physical exam within 2 months of start
  • Fit mask test within 12 months prior to start (3M 1870+ model required)
  • Current Tdap vaccine or titer
  • Negative TB test (Qgold or TSPOT within 90 days) or chest X-ray if applicable
  • Annual TB questionnaire
  • Proof of immunity or vaccination for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
• COVID-19 vaccine no longer required prior to start; exemptions require mask-wearing at work
• Fingerprinting and child abuse clearances required for Pennsylvania placements
• Professional references (2 within last 2 years)
• Work history verification as applicable

Additional Information

• Pass/fail dysrhythmia exam required during orientation; failure results in contract cancellation
• Orientation includes completion of facility-specific education modules (~6 hours) prior to start
• Photo required for badge issuance
• No on-site fit testing; must be completed prior to start
• No holiday or weekend work required beyond every 3rd weekend

Prior Travel Experience

• First-time travelers accepted; prior travel experience not required

This position is ideal for CT Technologists with at least 1 year of experience seeking a travel contract in Pennsylvania with a 16-week commitment. The role involves some floating and weekend work but no on-call or holiday shifts.
