Travel Med Surg RN
Location: Kirksville, Missouri

Shift: Days (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
Job Description
- Provide nursing care on Medical-Surgical and Step-Down (PCU) units.
- Floating occasionally required to assist in critical care with low acuity patients.
- Patient ratios typically range from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on acuity.
- Must be comfortable managing a mix of med-surg and step-down level patients during shifts.
- Required to work 1 major holiday depending on the season.
- Scrub color: Any dark solid color.
- EMR system used: MedHost.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Minimum of 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the last year.
- Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS.
Additional Information
- 48-hour weekly guarantees may be requested.
- Blocked scheduling requests may be accommodated.
- Unit size: 21 beds.
