Physical Therapist Position
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Long Term
Shift: Day (AM)
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Job Description
- Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
- Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. For subcontractor submissions, a permanent license is required; compact license is not accepted.
- Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN within the last year at this provider are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
- Equipment details will be provided during the interview.
- Parking and dress code information will be provided on the first day.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
Additional Information
- 32 guaranteed work hours per week during holiday weeks.
- Overtime paid at 1.5x.
- 30-day notice required.
