Physical Therapist Position

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Long Term
Shift: Day (AM)
Contract Length: 26 weeks

Job Description

Must complete documentation directly with the therapy provider before starting the assignment.
Candidates can start with a compact license but must obtain a permanent license immediately. For subcontractor submissions, a permanent license is required; compact license is not accepted.
Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN within the last year at this provider are not eligible to return until separated for one year.
Equipment details will be provided during the interview.
Parking and dress code information will be provided on the first day.

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona

Additional Information

32 guaranteed work hours per week during holiday weeks.
Overtime paid at 1.5x.
30-day notice required.
