Job Details
- Shift: 4x10 days, rotating shifts including early mornings and weekend shifts
- Shift Times:
- 0600-1630
- 0700-1730
- Weekend shift 0600-1730 (Saturday and Sunday)
- Patient Age Groups:
- Pediatrics (preferred)
- Adolescents
- Adults
- Geriatrics
Required Experience & Skills
- Valid CT Technologist license in Wyoming
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience as an X-Ray Technician
Required Certifications & Licenses
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) - Registered Radiologic Technologist
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred/required for ER RN but note this is a CT Tech role
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) required for ER RN, not applicable here
Work Hours & Overtime
- Standard workweek: 40 hours
- For 4x12 shifts, overtime is defined as hours worked over 48 in a week
Required Documentation & Compliance
- Government issued photo ID (Driver’s License or State ID)
- Background check within 90 days of start, including SS Trace, County searches for last 7 years, Nationwide, Sex Offender registry
- Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (with specific rules for past positives)
- Immunization or proof of immunity for:
- Rubeola (Measles)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B (titer, declination, or vaccine series)
- Varicella (titer, vaccine, or history of chickenpox)
- 9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start (must be completed within 90 days of start)
- Seasonal flu vaccination or facility-specific declination required during flu season (approx. October through March)
- COVID vaccination not required for this facility
- Employment application and skills checklist required
- Professional references: 2 for travel/allied/per diem acute care; 1 for per diem non-acute care (within 3 years of start)
Summary
This is a travel contract position for a CT Tech with required experience in CT and X-Ray. The role involves rotating 10-hour shifts including weekends, serving a wide range of patient age groups. Candidates must hold current BLS and ARRT certifications and meet comprehensive health, background, and immunization requirements. The contract length is approximately 13 weeks.
