Shift: 5 days a week, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
On-Call: Yes, including possible weekend call

Job Description

• Position involves CT/diagnostic imaging using Carestream portable and DRX room equipment, Siemens Somatom go All CT scanner.
• Patient ratio approximately 1:6.
• Work settings include Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, Pediatric Acute Care, and Pediatric Outpatient.
• Required skills include imaging of abdomen and pelvis (with/without contrast), vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), carotid, head (with/without contrast), sinuses, soft tissue neck, trauma head, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, and thoracic regions.
• Additional skills: Region of interest measurement (ROI), isolation precautions/PPE, preparation and administration of contrast media, radiation safety, and starting peripheral IVs.
• Experience with PACS and Siemens equipment is required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Kansas
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
