Description

Nurse Navigator - Travel/Contract Position

Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Schedule:

Day shift, either 5x8-hour shifts or 4x10-hour shifts (Monday to Friday)
No weekends or holidays
40 hours per week

Job Description

Work setting primarily ambulatory clinic with a preference for cardiology specialty
Responsibilities include patient assessments, interpretation of laboratory results, cardiovascular care, medication administration, and office duties such as chart preparation, disability forms, telephone triage, and follow-up calls
Scrub color: Cranberry/Wine
Flu vaccine required for all employees

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in District of Columbia
Minimum 3 years of Nurse Navigator experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
Cardiology experience preferred
