Work Schedule
- Shift: Day (5x8 hours) from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Hours per week: 40
- Weekends: Required as needed

- Floating: Yes, may float between units
- Patient ratio: 1:16
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Case Management, with experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Requirements
- Float Policy Acknowledgement: Required; may be asked to float to other nearby facilities
- Photo for Badge: Passport-style photo with neutral background required
- Epic Training: Completion of Epic modules required prior to or shortly after orientation
- WorkRamp Modules: Completion of required regulatory, specialty-specific, and regional training modules annually via WorkRamp LMS platform
- Competency Exams: Specialty-specific competency exams may be required, including fetal heart rate monitoring for Labor & Delivery RNs
- State-Specific Searches:
- Oregon Abuse/Neglect Search if applicable
- Washington State Patrol and OBRA Registry searches if working in Washington or border facilities (not applicable here)
- Multi-State Licensed Nurses: Demographic attestation required if working with out-of-state compact license in Washington (may apply if floating)

- No prior travel experience is explicitly required for this position.
- Background checks and drug screens may be waived or extended if currently working at another facility within the same system with minimal gap.
- Some certifications and training requirements depend on clinical track and unit assignment; verify with clinical leadership if unclear.
This position offers a 13-week travel contract for an experienced Registered Nurse to work as a Case Manager in a short-term acute care setting with a day shift schedule and floating responsibilities. Compliance with comprehensive licensing, certification, health, and training requirements is mandatory.
