Physical Therapist Position - Oregon

Location

Baker City, Oregon

Employment Type

Long-Term Assignment (LTA)

Contract Length

13 weeks

Work Schedule

Days, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (4x10s)
Occasional Saturday coverage (typically 2 Saturdays within the 13-week contract)
Shift hours: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Setting

Primarily outpatient (approximately 80%)
Some inpatient care (approximately 20%)

Required Experience & Skills

Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
Epic electronic health record experience preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Required Licenses & Certifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license
American Heart Association BLS certification

Requirements/Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
