Work Schedule

• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Option 1: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Option 2: 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (availability)

Caseload

• Average 12 patient visits per day
• 5 beds

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonography, including experience within the last year
• Experience working with Maternal-Fetal and High Risk patients
• ARDMS certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association

Charting Systems

• Experience with Viewpoint and Epic preferred

Equipment Experience

• Familiarity with GE ultrasound equipment

Required Documentation & Compliance

• I9 or Attestation
• Valid Driver’s License/State ID (clear copies front and back)
• E-Verify or Attestation
• Proof of legal name change if applicable
• 7-year background check including:

  • SSN Trace
  • Colorado Statewide CBI
  • Education verification (3rd party or transcript/diploma)
  • Sex Offender Search
  • OFAC Sanctions List Search
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 60 days of start
• Education verification with accredited institution confirmation
• Physical exam within 1 year, signed by MD, DO, NP, or PA (not Chiropractor)
• Fit mask test within 12 months, updated annually (specific 3M masks required)
• Immunizations and titers:

  • TDAP within 10 years or signed declination
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year, with annual updates if positive
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) immunity or vaccination
  • Hepatitis B immunity or vaccination series or declination
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination
  • COVID vaccine proof or signed declination (acceptable vaccines: AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna)
• Drug testing within 30 days of start, updated annually
• Ishihara color blindness exam required (online testing not accepted for new candidates)
• Annual competency exams including medication/pharmacology, dysrhythmia/EKG, OSHA, and core parts I-III
• UCHealth CO CAPS Release Authorization annually (5 years of address history required)
• References: 2 from last 2 years, including one from last year, from Charge RN, Manager, or Supervisor
• Employment history verification for last 3 years with explanations for gaps over 30 days

Additional Notes

• No prior travel experience required
• No weekend or on-call shifts
• Candidate must confirm renewal plans for certifications expiring within 90 days of start to avoid clearance issues
• Facility-specific new employee orientation modules must be completed within first two weeks of assignment
