Description

Registered Nurse – Home Health

Location: Meridian, Idaho
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Job Details

Work is based in the Treasure Valley Region.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Weekend on-call rotation shared among staff.
Home health experience is required.
Strong knowledge of Medicare’s homebound criteria is essential.
Ability to determine the primary skill needed for each visit (hands-on care, direct care, observe/assess, education, or monitoring and evaluation).
Proficiency in OASIS documentation is required.

Required Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
