CT Technologist Position - Oregon, Baker City
Job Details
- Job Title: CT Technologist
- Location: Baker City, Oregon
- Shift: Day shift, 07:00 - 15:30
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
- Call Requirement: On-call 1 day per week if needed
- Holiday Rotation: 1 holiday if needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
- Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT) certification
Required Onboarding Credentials and Compliance
- Current license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
- Specialty-specific competency testing completed within the last year
- Fit test
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
- COVID-19 vaccination proof or approved exemption/declination (valid through October 2026)
- Influenza vaccine proof or approved exemption/declination (valid for upcoming flu season)
- MMR vaccination proof or immunity titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted)
- Varicella vaccination proof or immunity titer
- 2-step PPD or IGRA TB test (with chest x-ray if positive, per regional requirements)
- Physical/health statement confirming fitness to work within the last year
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) dated within 30 days of start (if applicable)
- Criminal background check covering federal, nationwide, and county records from the last 7 years, including SSN verification, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification of highest academic degree or diploma
- Various professional compliance forms including:
- Code of Conduct
- Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Exclusion lists checks (EPLS, OIG, NSO)
- System Access Form (to be completed one week before start)
- Trinity Core Exam and Skills Checklist (clinical competency verification)
Additional Notes
- All required documents must be scanned and uploaded to the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding.
- Documentation must include front and back images of certifications where applicable.
- Declinations for vaccines are not accepted in California or Illinois.
- Specialty competency and core exams must be current within one year.
