Job Opportunity: Mammography Tech

Location: Mountain Home, Arkansas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Work Environment: Hospital setting, including department and Mobile Mammography Unit

Job Summary

• Provide quality mammography imaging to assist in patient diagnosis and care.
• Support Radiologists during exams.
• Handle critical and stressful situations with composure.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, squatting, twisting, and occasionally lifting/pushing/pulling up to 100 pounds.
• Must have keen hearing and visual acuity.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Mammography Technologist license in Arkansas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist, including experience within the last year.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
