Schedule
- Evenings, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each (3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday)
- Rotating weekend on-call approximately every 5th weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Initial orientation on day shifts before switching to evening schedule
- Solo work hours from 7:00 PM to 1:30 AM after orientation

Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Recent Ultrasound Technologist experience within the last year
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ARDMS certification
On-Call Requirement
- Yes, rotating weekend call approximately every 5th weekend
Additional Requirements
- Background check: 7-year criminal background check required within 45 days of start, including nationwide and state-specific searches
- Color blind testing required
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exam required
- Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required prior to start (pass score 80%, max 2 attempts)
- Photo for badge (professional quality, waist up, clear lighting, no hats)
- Physical exam within 1 year prior to start (not required by facility but required by agency)
- Mask fit test within 12 months of start (specific mask models required; onsite fit testing available)
- Various health immunizations and titers required or declination forms accepted:
- Tdap (within 10 years)
- TB test (Qgold, Tspot, or 2-step PPD within 90 days)
- Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella (titer or 2 vaccines)
- Hepatitis B (positive titer or declination)
- Varicella (titer or 2 vaccines)
- Seasonal flu vaccine or declination (required during flu season)
- COVID vaccination or declination (for tracking purposes)
- Drug screening within past 12 months (agency requirement, not facility)
- Two professional references required
