Registered Nurse - PCU Float (Night Shift)
Location: Wichita Falls, Texas
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Job Details
- Start date must be on or around May 18 or June 1.
- Night shift schedule: 4 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Work 84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee.
- Must agree to an alternating 36/48 hour schedule; straight 48-hour shifts may be considered with the 72-hour guarantee.
- Position primarily supports Medical-Surgical units; floating is required.
- Weekend work is required, potentially most weekends during the contract. Block scheduling may be accommodated but set schedules are not guaranteed.
- Epic electronic health record experience is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU), with at least some PCU experience within the last year.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
