Shift Details

• 12-hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to work up to 48 hours per week
• Maximum of 2 shift call-offs allowed
• No time off allowed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's

Certifications Required

• American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• Conscious Sedation certification (can be obtained through the facility for a fee)

Additional Information

• May be required to float to other departments where qualified, including taking patient loads or performing task-oriented duties (e.g., answering call lights, phones)
• Orientation occurs on Mondays only; missing compliance deadlines delays orientation to the following Monday

Hours per Week

• Approximately 36 hours per week (with potential to work up to 48 hours)

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in Charge Nurse roles
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification issued by the American Heart Association
