Job Opportunity: Echo Tech Cardiac Sonographer Pediatrics

Position Summary
- Pediatric Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer with experience in pediatric cardiac sonography.
- Work setting includes outpatient cases with skills required in crash cart, scrub, and aseptic technique.
- Cases may include general, orthopedic, urology, endoscopic, thoracic, neurological, gynecological, ophthalmology, plastics, podiatry, and ENT procedures.
- Facility is a Level I Trauma, Teaching, Children’s Hospital with short-term acute care.
Schedule
- Day shift: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week; facility may call off up to 3 times during the 13-week assignment.
- No weekend requirement.
- No on-call duties.
- Floating outside scope is not required.
- Block scheduling accommodations are not guaranteed.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid Pediatric Echocardiography license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric echocardiography experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Experience in an outpatient setting
- ARDMS or CCI national certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
