CT Tech Travel/Contract Position

Location: Pullman, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3 shifts/week, 12 hours each)
Call: No call required
Floating: As needed within scope

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
• Minimum 1 year of CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – ARC, AHA, or US Department of Defense approved
  • AART certification
• State license verification required (Primary Source Verification)
• Background checks including:

  • 7-year criminal check covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for renewals
  • Washington State Patrol Search within 12 months of start
• Physical exam within 12 months of start, attesting ability to meet physical demands
• Immunizations and health requirements:

  • Tdap vaccine
  • Negative TB test (PPD, Quantiferon Gold, or T-spot) within 12 months
  • Annual TB questionnaire
  • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (titer or 2 vaccines, no declinations accepted)
  • Hepatitis B (titer, vaccine series, or declination)
  • Varicella (titer or 2 vaccines, no declinations accepted)
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption required annually (by 10/31)
• Drug screening: 9-panel drug test within last 12 months (instant acceptable)
• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Completion of employment application/resume and applicable skills checklist updated annually
• Professional photo for badge prior to arrival
• Compliance with facility-specific policies including:

  • Personal appearance (scrubs policy)
  • Code of conduct acknowledgment
  • HIPAA confidentiality agreement
  • Employee computer/IT use agreement

Additional Notes

• Locals allowed; no radius restriction
• First-time travelers accepted
• EMR system used: EPIC
• Floating may be required as needed within scope of practice
• Suicide prevention training required for multi-state licensed nurses working in Washington (if applicable)
• Washington multi-state licensed nurses must complete demographic attestation prior to assignment start

This position offers a focused night shift schedule with no call requirements, suitable for CT Technologists with at least one year of experience and required certifications, ready to work in a Radiology/Cardiology specialty environment.
