Job Description

Provide occupational therapy services as part of rehabilitation therapy.
Follow all billing procedures as required.
All required documentation must be completed and uploaded as specified.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
