Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Travel/Contract)

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana
Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Must be willing to be assigned to an "Emergency Team" during emergency events, which may require staying at the facility until the event passes or serving as part of a relief team.
Expected to float between Emergency Department (ED), inpatient main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinics.
Experience required in ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Must have experience with Epic and GE systems.
Unit does not accept first-time travelers.
Must work holidays if scheduled.

Shift Details

Day shift, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Typical hours: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Louisiana
Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
Completion of at least one travel assignment as a CT Technologist
ARRT CT Certification (CT Certification)
Current BLS certification
Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
Experience with Epic systems
Experience with GE Healthcare
