Description

Occupational Therapist - Contract Position

Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 26 weeks (approximately 6 months)
Work Schedule:

36-40 hours per week with flexibility
Split schedule between two facilities (e.g., 3 days/week at one facility and 2 days/week at another)
Includes 1 weekend day (flexible)
Day shift with some weekends

Job Description

Inpatient acute occupational therapy role
Start date contingent on passing an Epic system test

Required Qualifications

Valid Rehabilitation Therapist license in Hawaii
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Occupational Therapist experience
