Description

Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Thursday, 4x10-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 36 hours guaranteed

Job Description

Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting with a patient ratio of 3:1
On-call requirement: 5 to 9 days per month, including at least one weekend per month
Must respond within 30 minutes to hospital for STEMI call
Must be willing to float to an additional nearby facility as needed
Scrubs provided

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
Minimum of 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience with patient monitoring in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
Familiarity with STEMI protocols and procedures
Experience with high-risk cardiac equipment such as Impella, IABP, and Anari

Additional Information

This position requires flexibility for on-call duties and floating between locations
The role involves working with critical cardiac patients and advanced cardiac support devices
